Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cast-iron cross on a plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a carved lotus arch, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ. The face of the cross excavated. The plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. on the front an engraved inscription (1). On the tombstone (cenotaph) an engraved inscription (2).

2. ANIELA / LEŚNIEWSKA / ZM. 9. 04. 1919 / W WIEKU LAT 63 / ANTONI / LEŚNIEWSKI / ZM. 30. 04. 1919 / W WIEKU LAT 68 //.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter L, card number 65, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "C1, 2nd row. N5. From the road at N1, towards the catacombs". Description of the gravestone: "Granite monument with iron cross". There is no information on the card about Aniela and Antoni Leśniewski.
