Burial place marked by a slab covering the grave cellar situated on a rectangular band. At the head a rectangular two-stage plinth. An inscription engraved on the second step of the plinth at the front.

Inscription:

Kochałem Cię ziemio z całej siły / z ta miłością wszedłem do mogiły / Za to ześ więcej niżli inna / Bogata bólem choć niewinna //.

ca 1920-1940
