Burial place originally marked by an obelisk on a two-stage plinth. The obelisk rests on a plinth, on which a cross is carved on the front, below it a sharp-arched dodecahedron panel with an engraved inscription. The second step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges.

Inscription:

MARYA / DOM SUCHITZÓW / WITKOWICKA / przeżywszy lat 8[.] / zmarła 7. sierpnia 885 / Prosi o pozdrowienie / Anielskie //.

Time of origin:

ca.1886-1889
