Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of pedestal tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. Inscription to front, originally gilded.

S. + P. / MALWINA / z Sipayłłów / SIPAYŁŁOWA / zm. 19 Października 1914 r. / Boże zbaw jej duszę. //.

cross missing, gilding of inscription partly obliterated
