Burial place originally marked by a cross on a boulder. Cross not preserved. Bas-relief inscription on the front. The whole with the gravestone of Karol Zapaśnik [gravestone no. 118 sector 13 b] originally enclosed by a fence of four cylindrical pedestals connected by unpreserved cast-iron bars.
