Burial place originally marked by a cross, on a two-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Cross on plinth, not preserved. A panel on the front repeating the shape of the plinth, with an engraved inscription in it. The base with glazed sides. On the third step of the base an oval ceramic photograph depicting a woman with short wavy hair. The figure facing 3/4 to the left, clothing with collar. The first step of the plinth with indented top edges, with triangular tabs. Second step of plinth with mouldings. All surrounded by fencing. Four concrete posts on band. Posts notched at 3/4 height, topped with conical, pea-shaped, connected by a bar.

Ś. † P. / JANINA WANDA / KILARSKA / przeżyła 25 lat / zmarła 28. IX 1928 / SPOKÓJ JEJ DUSZY //.
