The burial site was originally marked by a cast-iron cross on an irregular stele with a band in the form of a coffin lid. The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast iron bar. The fence is shared with gravestone No. 063.

Ś. + P. / Antoni / BĘBNOWSKI / zm. 3 Stycznia 1890 r. / w wieku lat 36 //.
