Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross transitioning to a vertical slab, crumpled at mid-height, next to the plinth a fragment of a cross with arms terminating in the form of a trillium, on which is an engraved inscription. The plinth with chamfered front and rear edges.
