Tombstone of Adam Sawicki

Burial place marked by concrete band on base, at head of which cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth with chamfered top edges. First and second step of plinth with chamfered top edges. On the second step of the pedestal, on the front side, a pseudo-marble plaque. On it at the top an engraved representation of a book, a stole and a chalice with a host, below 1)an engraved inscription.
