A gravestone distruct in the form of 2 plinths. The lower plinth tapers towards the top, on the front a panel repeating the shape of the plinth, inside an irregular, pea-shaped frame, inside an engraved inscription (1). The higher plinth to the front with a panel enclosed by a solid arch, inside an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. ZOFIA / MARYCZ / W 25 roku życia / dnia 23/4 1906. / Prosi o pozdrowienie Anielskie. [//.]
2. ALOJZY / DYSZKIEWICZ / c.k. radca szkolnemi / profesor wyższej szkoły realnej / Przeżywszy lat 69 / zmarł 8 lutego / 1903 [//.]
