Gravestone of Anna Radziewicz, Zofia Żakiewicz

The burial place is marked by a stele on a base, the central part of the stele is rectangular, the upper corners end in a semicircle, flanked by two pedestals - on the left a higher one, on the right a lower one with a vase standing on it, the inscription plaque placed in the central part, rectangular topped with a segmented arch, above it on the left an oval photograph of a woman.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
