Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, banded and on a base. Cross perpetuated, lying nearby. Cross on plinth. Base including band with rounded corners. On the first step of the pedestal at the front a plaque with an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal with 1/3 chamfered sides and chamfered upper edges. To the front, a plaque with engraved inscription (1).

1. Ś. + P. / ANNA / ZUBOWICZOWA / ZM. 15 ∙|∙ 1944 R. / W WIEKU LAT 83. / Pokój Jej duszy! //.
2. Spoczywaj w Bogu / droga nasza matko. / TWOJE DZIECI. //.
