An irregular stele closed with a sectional arch carving with a panel on the front with quarter-circle chamfered lower corners. In it a relief inscription. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of pedestals connected with a cast iron chain. The fence is common to gravestones Nos. 32 and 33.

Ś. + P. / BOLESŁAW / JAŁOWIECKI / OB. Z. WILENS. M. SYŁGUDZYSZKI / ZASNĄŁ W BOGU DN. 10/VII 1918 R. / W WIEKU LAT 74. / Spokój Jego duszy. //
