Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth. Cross perpetuated, lies leaning against gravestone. Cross arms with chamfered edges, at intersection of arms relief carved figure of Christ, above titulus, with inscription: I. N. / R. I. //. The pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with chamfered quarter-circle corners, with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU SPOCZYWA Ś. P. / BRONISŁAWA KACZOROWSK[A] / z MICHAŁOWSKICH / ZYŁA LAT 95 UMARŁA 19[..] / POKÓJ JEJ POPIOŁOM //.
