Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross broken, its upper part lying next to the monument. Visible pin holes in it from the mounting of the Christ figure. First and second steps of plinth with chamfered top edges. On the first step of the pedestal on the front an engraved inscription (2), on the second an inscription (1). The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast iron chain, in common with gravestone No. 053.

1. S. P. / Felicji z / Kozakowskich / SIESICKIEJ / zm. 22 Listo. / 1897 //.
2. Stroskany Mąż tę / pamiątkę poświęca //.
