Burial site originally marked by a cast-iron cross on a rock-hewn plinth. Cross not preserved, on plinth. A plaque with a ritual inscription on the front plinth. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical plinths connected by an iron bar.

Tu spoczywa / S. P. / Helena z Kmiciańskich / KIJAKOWSKA / zm. 28 Grud. 1889 R. w wieku lat [.]4 / Stroskane córki proszą / o 3 zdrowaś Marya. //.
