Burial place marked by a tall cross on a low plinth and base. Chamfered cross, on plinth. Plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front, inscription engraved in two columns (1, 2).

Inscription:

1) Ś. + P. MARIA z JAWOYSZÓW/ MARCINOWSKA / ZM. DN 10. I 1936 R. / W WIEKU LAT 56. //.

2) KLEMENS / MARCINOWSKI / ZM. DN. / W WIEKU LAT //. POKÓJ ICH DUSZOM //.

According to Wacław Wejtka's file, there was originally a wooden cross with a tin plaque in memory of Maria Marcinowska at the site. In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter J card, no. 167, a reference to Maria Marcinowska. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Bo card, no. 162, dated 1936. According to the card file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "A. VI row, from wall No. 15". In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter J card no. 168, from 1936, in the common quarters for the Marcinkowskis and the Żukowskis, the gravestone of Apolinia Jawoszyna. According to the card, the old location of the gravestone is sector "B1, 3rd row, N 8. From border B towards wall de". Description of the gravestone: "Wooden cross with tin plaque in the fence from N6, 7 /Marcinkowska and Żukowski/". Inscription: 'Ś. + P. / of Buczyński / Apolonja / Jawoyszyna / Died 8 March 1925 / at the age of 64 / Peace to her soul. //."
