Burial place marked by a two-stage plinth on a three-stage base. The second and third steps of the base have a glazed face. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges, panel to front, where inscription is engraved. Second step: on the front a panel surmounted by a segmental arch, where a relief of the Virgin Mary in a long robe and maforium. Left hand on stomach, right hand on breast.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
