The burial place is marked by a cross on a pedestal in the form of a tree trunk in a common plot with two other gravestones. The plot is enclosed by a fence in the form of rods and sigmoidal bars, in the corners with floral motifs and spiral finials, on the axis a gate with floral decoration. No pedestal on the front partly polished plaque, inscription made by extracting the background polished. The gravestone is preceded by a band, there are two bands in the grave field.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
