Burial place marked by a tombstone on a base, at the head of which is a stele on a pedestal and base. On the stele a bas-relief head of Christ inscribed in a Greek cross, below an engraved inscription (1). The plinth flanked on the sides by lower cuboids with lanterns. On the front of the plinth to the lower right a signature. To the left of the stele, on the base, a plaque closed with a segmental arch, with an engraved cross, decorated on the sides with parallel grooves, below an engraved inscription. The tombstone consisting of three panels, where the central, wider one is closed with a segmental arch.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
