Burial place marked by stele on plinth, pedestal and base. Stele with engraved inscription (1) and metal alloy cross. On the plinth an engraved inscription (2). Gravestone of three parts, where the central one ends in a segmental arch.

Inscription:

1. RODZINA POKUTOWA/ MACIEJ * 15.11.1863 + 8.VIII.1931/ KAROLINA * 23.VIII.1867 + 6.XII.1943/ JÓZEF * 1.III.1892 + 23.II.1950/ ZOFIA * 19.V.1894 + 1.VI.1966//.
