Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front, engraved inscription (1).

Inscription:

1. Tu spoczywa / S. P. / Stanisław STYLIŃSKI / Po długich / cierpieniach / zm. 10 Maja 1883 r. / wieku lat 83 / wdzięczna i kochająca / siostrzenica / najlepszemu Wujowi / tę pamiątkę poświęca //.
