Burial place originally marked by a cross on a plinth, in a band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross not preserved. Plinth with sides cut at 1/3 height. On the plinth at the front a plaque with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[=] / WIKTORJA / GOŁĘdZIOWS / KA 8 STYC 193[0] / ZM 26 GRU 1930 / pokój jej dusz //.
