Burial site originally marked by cast iron cross and stele. Cross on plinth, broken off. On the stele at the front an engraved inscription.

Ś. P. / Władysława / GIERAŁTOWSKA / zm. 14 Oktobra 1896 r. / żyła lat 62. / Prosi o westchnienie do Boga / Niechaj ci światłość wiekuista świeci / przyjmij tę pamiątkę od męża i dzieci. //.
