Tombstone of Sophie and Joseph of Orange

Vilnius | Lithuania
Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and two-stage base, in band. Cross on moulded high plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. To the front (1) and left (2) a panel with quarter chamfered corners with bas-relief inscription. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. In front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners with a relief inscription (3). On the left side a panel with quarter-circle chamfered lower corners. In it an oval photograph on porcelain showing a man in bust, facing 3/4 to the left. Dressed in a suit, white shirt and tie knotted at the neck, slightly balding with moustache and beard. Below the photograph is a bas-relief inscription (4). The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and iron bars connected by slats and channels, with a gate on the axis.
