Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. Base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with profiled upper edges. The second step of the plinth tall, strongly tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges. Engraved inscriptions to the front (1) and sides (2, 3).

3.Ś. + P. / KONSTANCJA / SWIĄTECKA / ZM. 9 LUT. / 1903 R. //.

According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone was framed by a fence to which a plaque was attached with the inscription: Ś. + P. / Wojciech / Stulgiński / Died 29 Stycz. 1919 r. / aged [...] //. In inscription no. 1 lines 2, 4 in italics.

State of preservation:

mosses, lichens, cracks, cavities, non-maintained finial
