A five-storey villa built by the son and associate of Carl Georg Wolfrum, an entrepreneur and politician from Ust. The building, in the style of the Northern Renaissance with a compact, albeit irregular body, is beautifully situated on the slope of the escarpment overlooking the bend of the Elbe.

This one of the most magnificent factory villas in Ust was styled as a romantic chateau. It is set back from the street and offers its residents peace and seclusion, guarded by two watchtowers at the entrances to the property, also designed in the forms of picturesque historicism. The picturesque silhouette of the watchtowers and their facades, decorated with brick facings in a geometric pattern, stood out among the neighbouring buildings, making it easier for visitors from different directions to reach the property (one watchtower is located in Na stodech Street, the other in Velká hradební).

Thus, the large villa is further monumentalised by a large terrace preceded by stairs on the side of the driveway, in front of which a sculpture with Dionysus on a panther (sculptor Karl Weinberger) was placed. The well-preserved interior features a grand hall decorated with stucco, a rococo drawing room, a neo-Renaissance dining room and a winter garden on the ground floor. On the first floor there was a playroom, the owner's study and bedrooms.

The garden is completed with a number of trees from the original planting and an artificial grotto in the northern part of the garden.

Carl Friedrich Wolfrum's villa remains one of Niedzielski's most beautiful and best-preserved works.

After the Second World War, the Wolfrums' villa was occupied by Czechoslovak radio; today it houses the northern station of Czech Radio. It is open to the public only occasionally.
