Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross partially preserved, stylised as a tree trunk, on its own rock-shaped plinth. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with an unpreserved relief image of an unknown figure. The medallion is fragmentarily preserved. On the cross, bas-relief oak leaves below. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges, inscription engraved on the front. The second step of the pedestal high, topped with a smooth frieze above which is a wider panel with moulding and a volute peak. On the front a panel closed with a semicircle, in it a bas-relief figure of St. Andrew in long robes, with his right hand folded on his chest, his left supporting the cross.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
