Cemetery in Zalischyky
Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth. Cross perpetuated, lying beside plinth. Cross with octagonal arms, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with an engraved inscription: IHS in gloria. The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, closed with a flattened overhanging arch. In it an engraved inscription.

TU / SPOCZYWA S.P. / MARIA HUSAK / WOŹNA OŚRODKA / ZDROWIA / W ZALESZCZYKACH / † 1[...] 1939 / PRZEŻYWSZY LAT 72 / PROSI O ZDROWAŚ MARIA //.
