Burial place originally marked by statue on plinth and base. The figure is not preserved. The plinth surmounted by a plain frieze, above which is a wider panel, moulded into gables on each side, in which a pediment and acroterions at the corners. On the plinth, on the four sides, an engraved frame with quarter chamfered corners. On the front in the frame an engraved inscription in Polish. On the right side in the frame an inscription engraved in Cyrillic.
