Destructed gravestone originally arranged with obelisk and plinth. Tombstone dismembered, relocated. On the obelisk on the four sides of the panel at the front a relief carved skull with tibias. On the four sides of the plinth there are panels with inscriptions engraved in Polish and Ukrainian.
