Tombstone of Jan Dziubaty

Burial site marked by an obelisk on a 2-stage plinth and 2-stage base. Obelisk on its own base, gabled end. On the front at the top a convex carved cross with a selected face, below a concave relief medallion with Christ wearing a crown of thorns, the left hand covers the left half of the face. Base of obelisk stepped, moulded. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges, glazed on sides. The first and second steps of the plinth with rectangular panels on the sides, projecting in front of the face of the plinth. On the second step of the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription.
