Tombstone of Leon Wozniak

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a three-tier plinth and three-tier base. Cross lies alongside, originally on an extended plinth. Cross with chamfered arms with mouldings. At intersection of arms, relief carved figure of Christ, above titulus. The base is glazed. The first and second steps of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal at the front a relief laurel wreath, within it a heart with a cross. The third step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, panels enclosed on four sides in a semicircle, in the front panel a panel with an engraved inscription.
