Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and three-stage base. The perpetuated finial lies alongside. Latin cross with octagonal arms, on plinth. Base steps with chamfered top edges. First step of plinth covered by wider panel with chamfered lower and upper edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. A panel on the front wall. In it an engraved inscription.

Emily / Kaweckich / GUTTETER / bylej obywatelce wiej / skiej zmarl. d. 14 List. / 1887 w 84 r. życia / wdzięczni synowie / Prosi o pozdrowienie / Anielskie. //.
