Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth and four foot base. Latin cross on its own base with octagonal arms on its own base. Second and third steps of base glazed, with chamfered upper edges. Fourth step of base glazed with moulded upper edges. Tapering plinth with pyramidal moulding, with chamfered upper edges. On the front wall an engraved inscription. Side and rear walls glazed.
