Burial site marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on its own plinth. A smaller cross engraved on the face, framed by an engraved frame repeating the shape of the cross. The second step of the base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front a convex carved plaque in the form of an open book, on the left (1) and right (2) sides an engraved inscription. The second taper step with chamfered side edges, with simplified beam, covered by a hipped roof. On the front two bas-relief burning hearts framed by a convex carved floral wreath tied with a ribbon at the top, above which a cross.

2. /Tó spoczywa / śwynty pamie / MARIA Gyiczók / żyła lat 54 / ZMARła R. 1916 / ANIOŁ PAŃSKI //.
