Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. Cross on its own octagonal plinth, cusped, leaning against gravestone. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, on the front a panel with chamfered upper corners with an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal is glazed.

Tu spoczywa / Marija. Zioła / Żyła Lat 72 / Umarła Roku 19[1]5 //.
