Tombstone of Józef Kapusta

Strusów | Ukraine

Burial site marked by a statue of St Joseph on a two-stage plinth and base. Statue on its own base. St Joseph standing frontally, left hand pointing to heart, right hand lowered. He is dressed in a long robe and cloak. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by hipped roof with gable. On the front an engraved frame enclosed by a full overhanging arch, within which is an engraved inscription.
