Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on its own two-stepped plinth, first step moulded. Cross of octagonal cross section, arms with rhombohedral tabs. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second covered with a moulded panel, on the front an engraved frame with eyelets, in it an engraved inscription.

Franciszek / Herzmanek / ☆ 10/2 184[6] † 10/2 1894 / po latach [...] pracy i znoju / Wśród których spływało twe życie / Zasnęli snem blogim w spokoju / I tego na znak na świecie / [...] / [...] ma zawsze i wszędzie / Wszechmocny [...] / [...] ich [...] Ci będzie / A glaz co nakryje Twe kości / [...] moich [...] wdzięczności / Stroskanej Twej biednej żony //.
