Lawyer, political activist, Prime Minister of the Polish Government in Exile. Born in Sacina. He began his studies at the Imperial University of Warsaw and graduated from Moscow University. From 1939 to 1949, he was Chairman of the Supreme Chamber of Control in exile, then appointed Prime Minister.
