Biography:

Polish lawyer, philosopher, poet, university teacher, minister in exile governments. He graduated in law from the University of Warsaw. In addition, he studied at the Sorbonne and Oxford University, where he defended his doctoral thesis. During the Second World War, he was editor of the magazine "Pole in France" and secretary to Władysław Sikorski. From 1970 to 1973, he served as Minister of Religious Denominations, Education and Culture, and then as Minister of Information and Documentation until 1976.
