Biography:

Major-General of the Polish Army, mechanical engineer. From 1905 to 1913, he studied at the University and Polytechnic of Liége in Belgium. In 1918 he was commissioned into the Polish Army with the rank of second lieutenant with seniority. In 1921, he studied at the Higher War College Course. There he obtained the academic diploma of an officer of the General Staff. In 1924, the President of the Republic of Poland awarded him the rank of colonel. Ten years later he was appointed Deputy First Deputy Minister of Military Affairs. In 1936, he was promoted to brigadier general with seniority. From 1940 to 1945, he served as military attaché and commander of the Military Office in London.
