The burial place is marked by a stele enclosed by a concave-convex arch set on a small rectangular slab. On the front side of the stele, in the upper central part, an engraved emblem of Poland in a circular field, below it an engraved inscription (1). On the back an engraved inscription (2) and a number and a signature. On the plate in the central part a hole.
