Burial place marked by a gabled closed stele, set directly into the ground without a foundation. On the stele at the front an inscription of applied lead letters.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

The gravestone of Kazimierz Klochowicz is preserved in moderately poor condition. The stele is considerably bent forward (probably as a result of the impact of the roots of a nearby tree).The whole is covered with significant layers of organic origin (especially the upper edge). It does not have any cavities in the rock material.
