Biography:

Jadwiga Natalia Pająk (1907-1978) was a participant in the Warsaw Uprising. After the Second World War, she found herself in London. There she took part in political and social life. She was an activist with the National Treasury. In 1954, she became head and director of the office of the Ministry of the Treasury. From 1973, she was a member of the Supreme Council of the Union of Polish Socialists Abroad. In July 1978, she was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Treasury.
