The burial place marked by a stele on a pedestal. Polished stele, its top refers to the northern outline of Poland, on it an engraved inscription on the front, on the left side a cross in relief made by extracting the background with glazing. Cement foundation.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

The tombstone of Bolesław Dziedzic is preserved in good condition. Both parts (the stele and the base) have no cavities, while the whole is slightly bent forward (probably due to ingrown tree roots). The object has slight superficial soiling with no obvious build-up. The surrounding area is overgrown. The engraved and gilded inscription is weathered in places.
