Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. Cross on plinth. The arms of the cross chamfered with mouldings. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by wider moulded panel. On the front, a frame enclosed by a solid arch, framed at the bottom by earlobes, with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

ALBERT / BRZOZOWSKI / zmarł 9 lipca 1902 / w 50tym roku życia / Cześć pamięci jego / WDZIĘCZNA ŻONA //.
