Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a base. Cross on its own pedestal, the arms ending in a stylised trillium. At the intersection of the arms the inscription IN.R+I. The base with chamfered upper edges. The plate tapering downwards. From the top, two engraved frames with chamfered quarter-circle corners. The frames at the bottom transition to the pedestals of three engraved crosses. The crosses with arms ending in a stylised trillium. Below two frames with chamfered quarter circular corners. In the first of these an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU SPOCZYWA . JÓZEFA MICHALCZYSZYN / ŻONA PIOTRA DZOGA / I ŁUKASZ MUZYCZYSZYN / * 1835 + 1880 //.
