Bogusław Langman (1905-1988), sculptor. He worked in Kraków and in Rome. Among other things, he made the main and side altars for the new church in Tłuczań (in the Wadowice district) and the bust of Henryk Sienkiewicz, originally set up in Rome's Borghese Park and later transferred to the Domine Quo Vadis church there.
