Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross perpetuated, upper portion retained. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved burning heart. The face of the cross bordered with a groove. Base and first step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of pedestal with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by hipped roof. On the front, a panel with quarter chamfered upper corners, with a ritual inscription.
